User data

Privacy policy

How information voluntarily submitted through NEXORA Digital Systems forms and advertising landing pages is processed.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the owner of the NEXORA Digital Systems website.

2. Information processed

Name, phone number, email or messenger identifier, project information, current website URL, form or quiz answers, selected service, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters, campaign-link identifier, technical request data, enquiry time and a brief file uploaded by the user.

Advertising landing pages may create a first-party server record before JavaScript executes. It can include time, path, allow-listed UTM and click IDs, device and in-app browser type, CDN country when available, and hashed IP, User-Agent and session identifiers. The raw IP address is not written to the traffic log.

3. Processing purposes

Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, qualifying projects, delivering enquiries to CRM, monitoring handling quality, measuring page and traffic-source effectiveness, preventing duplicates and recovering technically failed lead deliveries.

4. Analytics and advertising systems

Depending on configuration, the site may use Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics 4, Top.Mail.Ru, Meta Pixel and the server-side Meta Conversions API. They activate only after explicit consent to optional analytics. When Meta CAPI is enabled, selected conversion events may be sent server-side to Meta for measurement and browser/server deduplication. No such transfer takes place before consent or after refusal, while forms and essential website functions continue to work.

The first-party landing log remains a separate traffic-delivery record and is not itself transmitted to third-party advertising platforms.

5. Storage and transfers

Enquiries may be stored on the website server and delivered to Bitrix24 or other systems configured by the controller. Integration secrets remain server-side. Browser attribution is retained for no more than 30 days unless the user clears it earlier.

The indicative retention period for server enquiries and logs is 365 days, unless a longer period is required for contract performance, legal compliance or protection of legitimate rights.

6. User rights

Users may request information, correction, restriction or deletion of their data and may withdraw consent using the controller contact listed in section 1.

7. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when forms, CRM, analytics systems or legal requirements change. The current version is always published at this address.
